Digital Product Refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase unless:
- The customer was charged more than once for the same product.
- The purchased file cannot be accessed due to a technical issue caused by us.
- The wrong digital product was delivered.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law.

Digital Content Cancellation Acknowledgment
Where required by applicable law, by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge and agree that digital delivery may begin immediately after purchase.
You understand that once digital access has been provided or the file has been downloaded, your right to cancel, withdraw, return, or request a refund may be limited or waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No Physical Products
Neuro Nourish Wellness sells digital products only. We do not ship physical items. Because of this, there are no physical product returns, return labels, shipping returns, or physical exchanges.
Chargebacks and Fraud

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or payment reversals that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policies.

Unauthorized Sharing
Purchasing a digital product from Neuro Nourish Wellness gives you personal access to the product. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, upload, share, or reproduce our digital products without written permission.
