Digital Product Delivery Policy

Neuro Nourish Wellness sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

What You Receive

Depending on the product purchased, you may receive ebook files, digital wellness guides, PDF downloads, templates, checklists, worksheets, digital systems, and bonus resources.

Delivery Method

After completing checkout, your digital product will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page
  • Email sent to the address used at checkout
  • Customer account access
  • Digital delivery app or download portal connected to our Shopify store

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery Time

Digital products are usually delivered instantly after purchase. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment processing, email delivery, or technical delays.

If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder, the email address used at checkout, your order confirmation page, and any customer account connected to your purchase.

Please include your full name, order number, email used at checkout, product purchased, and a screenshot of the issue if available.

Access Issues

If a link is broken, a file does not open, or you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, we do not provide shipping tracking numbers, shipping estimates, delivery carriers, or physical delivery.

Digital products purchased from Neuro Nourish Wellness are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, or reproduce the files without written permission.
